1061 PENCIL LINE LIGHTWEIGHT MOP-UP FORESTRY HOSE KEY Lightweight, circular woven fire hose technology incorporating high tensile, all polyester woven jacket, lined with high tensile NSF polyurethane. WILDLAND AND FORESTRY HOSE WOVEN POLYESTER HOSE Lining The polyurethane lining shall be a single-ply extruded tube of syn- thetic high tensile TPU compounded to resist ozone. The finished form shall be free of pits or other imperfections and have a smooth finish for better flow characteristics.

Jacket Construction
WILDLAND AND FORESTRY HOSE WOVEN POLYESTER HOSE Lining The polyurethane lining shall be a single-ply extruded tube of syn- thetic high tensile TPU compounded to resist ozone.
Abrasion
Jacket shall be manufactured with a minimum pick count of 14.5 picks per inch for increased strength and resistance to abrasion.
Lining
Minimum tensile strength for the finished tube requirement shall be 4900 psi/34 MPa.
Couplings
LIGHTWEIGHT CIRCULAR WOVEN 1061 Pencil Line shall be coupled with Brass GHT threaded couplings complete with gasket and fitted with strain reliefs FORESTRY HOSE inside the ferrules to protect the hose.
Performance and Standards
The finished form shall be free of pits or other imperfections and have a smooth finish for better flow characteristics. UL listing applies by diameter and pressure rating.
