Product Features

1. Swivel CRG End Fitting

The Auto X-Strut comes standard with the Swivel CRG head fitting, giving crews multiple purchase-point options and 360 degree rotation to quickly find the right contact point.

2. Quick-Release Head Fittings

Change head fittings in an instant with the pull of a single retaining pin. Auto X-Strut stays compatible with pin-free end fittings and other manufacturers' fittings, which helps when departments are operating together on mutual aid calls.

3. Twist-Free Inner Tubing

A positive stop on the inner tubing helps keep the tube from rotating under lighter loads and prevents over-extension while crews are stabilizing or lifting.

4. Aluminum Construction

The Auto X-Strut uses a welded square chassis with a machined round inner tube, both built from 6061-T6 aluminum to keep the package light without giving up structural performance.

5. Swivel CRG End Fitting

The lower callout board reinforces that the Auto X-Strut ships with the rotating CRG fitting, making it easier to set solid purchase points on light vehicle incidents.

6. X-Strut Lifting Power

Add the removable mechanical Add-On Jack and the Auto X-Strut converts from stabilization strut to lifting strut, delivering 2,500 lbs. of lift capacity with 12" of resettable travel.

7. On-Board Ratchet Strap

Departments can spec the standard ratchet strap or step up to the slack management system, keeping stabilization hardware directly on the strut and ready for deployment.

8. Base-Mounted D-Rings

Pivoting rings built into the base plate support fast attachment of straps, hooks, and chains, and they can double as a picket receiver when the scene calls for anchoring.
